| Transportation to and from the airport |
 |
There are seven airport auto rental companies: Alamo,
Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz and National.
Taxi service from the airport to downtown is approximately
$25. If at least 3 people take a taxi together, the
cost is cheaper than taking the SuperShuttle individually.
The blue SuperShuttle vans
run a regular service between the airport and downtown.
The fare is approximately $12 one way.
Yolobus runs
a city bus between the airport and downtown, leaving hourly
and stopping within 2 blocks of the meeting hotel. The
fare is $1.25 one way. This is a great low-cost option
if you can handle your bags easily.
