Symposium Registration

I plan to attend the symposium AND the joint meeting
If you have not already registered for the joint meeting, you can combine your registration for both the symposium and the meeting on the same registration form.
If you have already registered for the joint meeting and would now like to attend the symposium, send in a second registration form for the symposium.
Filling out the registration form:
- Print out the form.
- Fill out your name and contact information at the top of the form.
- Indicate that you want to register for the symposium under the section Special Events and Guest Tickets, subheading PSRML Symposium 1/28/04.
- Calculate the total amount you owe at the bottom of the form for all events for which you are registering.
- Send a check payable to NCNMLG at the address indicated.
The registration form is available in two formats: PDF and Word formats.

The same registration form is used for the symposium and the joint meeting. Follow the directions below to register for the symposium.
Filling out the registration form:
- Print out the form.
- Fill out your name and contact information at the top of the form.
- Indicate that you want to register for the symposium under the section Special Events and Guest Tickets, subheading PSRML Symposium 1/28/04.
- Calculate the total amount you owe for the event ($35 per person) at the bottom of the form.
- Send a check payable to NCNMLG at the address indicated.
